X : Is there a chef available who can cook meals for us?
Y : we don’t have a profesional chef here, but your housemaid can cook indonesian family food. Yyou could hire a profesional chef from outside.

X : How about the late check out ?
Y : if your require a late check out, advance request is needed in order that we could block our villa until the time we drop you back to the airport with an additional charge of 50% from 1 night villa rate.

X : Can I have an early check in and late check out without charge ?
Y : yes, but subject to avaibility especialy for the late check out, if your flight flying at midnight we suggest you to guarantee your late check out with 50% from 1 night villa rate and you could stay until we drop you back to the airport.

X : Could you please tell me check in and out time ?
Y : our check in time at 14.00 pm and check out time at 12.00 noon

X : What are the facilities in the Villas ?
-Y : parking area, large living room, private pool, kitchen with modern a appliances, washing machine, safety box, cable tv, dvd and stereo system, IDD telephone, fridge, open toaster, library, CD’s and PS2 is available at front office, free wi-fi internet access. Further information Click Here !

X : Is there any internet conection in the villa ?
Y : we provide free wi-fi internet access if you bring your laptop, but if you don’t bring it you could come to the front office and we provide internet access for free.

X : How can I book your villa and how about payment ? do you need any deposit ?
Y : click here for booking form or send us e-mail at reservation@balidyanavillas.com and inform us your details inquiry and we shall reply it within 24 hours. Or if you need a quick information you could reach us via yahoo or msn messenger with id dyanavillas_bali Deposit is require for any booking and no refunable if you cancel your booking after you paid the deposit.

X : How far is beach from villa ?
Y : 10 minutes walking distance from Dyana villas

X : How about money charger ?
Y : there are some good money changer nearby but you could change your money just at front office with same rate as money changers (do not try to change your money on the street )

X : Can you arrange for Tour or something ? or where we could get that information ?
Y : yes we could help you to make a booking for tours, cruise, water activities etc. You could have alook for brochures at the front office.

X : Can I pay by Credit Card ?
Y : Yes, we accept visa, mastercard, amex, jcb, dinner without any additional charge (except in special case)

X : How can I change my booking from your website ?
Y : if you would like to change your booking, you could send us e-mail and inform us details information about your new booking.

X : Is there any babysitter service in dyana villas ? if yes how much we should pay ?
Y : yes, we could provide it with price at IDR . 50.000/hour/babysitter (USD 6 net/hour/babysitter), but if you need her for full day price will be not count per hour but per day

X : If we want maid cook after their duty time, is there any additional charge ?
Y : If you need your maid to cook after their duty time (4pm) additional charge will be aply at IDR 25.000 net/hour/maid (USD 3 net/hour/maid)

X : Do you have any extra bed ?
Y : yes, extra bed is available with price at USD 15 net/night/extra bed including breakfast and advance request is require.

X : What is your room size ?
Y : Our room size is 4M X 5M (20 M²) with king size bed 2M X 2M

X : Can I rent a DVD there ?
Y : we provide Cable TV Channel, DVD (with some movies) and stereo system in the villa. You could renting DVD's Cassette from outside.

X : Can you provide microwave for us in the villa ?
Y : yes, but subject to avaibility, in every villa we just provide an oven toaster. If you need a microwave please request when you make a booking and this is subject to avaibility due to limited stock

X : How many villas do you have in total ?
Y : we have 16 villas in total, 8 units 1 bdr villa, 3 units 2 bdr villas, 4 units 3 bdr villa and 1 unit 4 bdr villa. Some villas completed with bathub + jacuzzi (1 bdr villa only)

X : Could I order food from villa ?
Y : yes, We work with the company who provide a home delivery service, they provide many various menu from many restaurants.
