I went through online booking for our accommodation for other hotel and I can tell you - the service level is far different from yours. We found Dyana Villas fucked away from the main street via a small dire road. This little dire road however brought us to a beautiful Paradise resort with all the privacy from the traffic main road. We were led to our one-bedroom villa through a well manicured corridor. The villa was beautiful!! We loved the privacy of having our own private pool and was delighted at the small water feature in the pool & the well kept garden around the pool. The bedroom was huge and the bed was large and very generous. The outdoor bathroom was a unique experience be prepared to meet nature's creations. We were well serviced daily by our maid, SARAH. She was obliging and very efficient. She attended to cooking our lunch one day of Beehoon & Mi Goreng. Our laundry was cleaned , pressed and returned to us the next day. We were very impressed with the efficiency, cleanliness at which she looked after the villa and us. Staying at the villas was most, most enjoyable. We were not greatly motivated to leave the villa for one single day and even turned down the opportunity to do a day tour of Bali Island so that we can spend every possible moment within our little piece of Paradise ! This would be an ideal space for anyone seeking private time together, the ability to be occupied at the poolside, reading or simply unwind. TV channels very limited only 4 International channels. This can be resolved by buying your own cheap DVD's and bring it back to water. Idealy, it would be good if Dyana Villas subscribed to cable vision to give variety of channels. Breakfast choice was limited & kept simple daily (as opposed to our usual buffet breakfast spread). Sarah was , however, happy to help cook whatever we bought ourselves from the local supermarket (eg. Sausages). The living-room, meditational area & dining area was unconditioned (by air conditioning) it was, however, airy & kept well ventilated with two ceiling fans. All in all, we enjoyed our stay @ Dyana Villas tremendously. My husband & I are convinced this is one of the most wonderful holiday experience of our lives. We will recommend this place STRONGLY to our friends/relatives. We are ALREADY planning our next stay here again! We would also like to thank you Ms. Ayu & Ms. Raka who helped us with our accommodation plans whilst we were in Australia . Your service attitude, your friendliness & responsiveness via e-mails was a great form of assurance to us & gave us that peace of - mind of dealing over emails & ensuring that everything went to plan.
