Following
are some comments that guests sent us after
their stay in
Dyana Villas
in 2007
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have stayed at Dyana
Villas twice in 2008 for about 5 weeks total
and am looking forward to returning with
5 friends in May this year. I was introduced
to Dyana Villas (and Bali) by my partner
who has stayed here extensively over several
years and fell in love with the place and
the people who work there.
I have normally always stayed at resorts
and hotels and thought villas with a private
pool and maid service would be too expensive.
I was very wrong! Dyana Villas is extremely
affordable for the amazing experience that
you get. Let me start with the staff in
reception, Raka, Ayu and WiWin! They are
so friendly and accommodating to every single
need, no matter what it is. We would pop
in all day asking for help, laptops, taxis
etc and they were always so obliging and
happy to chat for ages even though they
were probably busy!
Our maids (or friends as I prefer to call
them now), Komang and Sarah made our stays
even more enjoyable and I looked forward
to them coming in in the morning for breakfast
so we could chat and they could help me
with my Indonesian lessons! They stay for
as long or as little as you want and wash
your laundry which comes back smelling amazing!
(what is that??)
Your pool and garden is cleaned daily and
that is where I spent most of my time, so
peaceful and beautiful. The location of
the villas is ideal, right in the middle
of Seminyak, the coolest area. All the best
restaurants are near you as well as really
great clothing shops and the beach is minutes
away( and no hawkers on this part).
There are a number of guards who look after
your security and again they are equally
as friendly and helpful as all the staff
at Dyana.
The Villas are all very beautiful and sell
themselves but I think it is the staff that
makes your experience here memorable. The
Balinese people are whats made me fall in
love with the island and why I'll be going
back to Dyana Villas for decades to come!
Sincerely, Chris W. (Sydney AUS)

Dear Ayu, Raka and Wei Win
(Wiwin),
This is to say a warm thank you for making
our stay in Dyana Villas last week such
a wonderful and memorable one.
We really enjoyed every moment of our stay
at your villas and will most definitely
choose it once again whenever we visit Bali
next…which hopefully should not be
too far away as we were enchanted by Bali.
Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality.
Will our good wishes to you all and everyone
at Dyana Villas.

My partner and I have arrived back to Australia from our 2 week stay and just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Dyana Villas
The Villa was simply stunning and all staff made our trip a perfect trip. We miss our maid Iluh terribly, she's an angel.
We will be in contact soon about staying again in September, this time maybe with friends.

I am writing this e-mail to thank you how much we enjoyed in our villa number 16. It was really a great time. I think, unforgetable.
Also, when we have worn again the clothes you cleaned for us, we still can smell all the Bali flavour and we remind all the great time we spent in your Island.
Is it possible if you can tell us, which foam or which product did you used to washup our clothes?
We want to continue the Bali experience here in Europe even if it´s only remembering the good time we spent there.
Thank you very much for your help, we miss you a lot.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Dyana (Villa 22 from the 7th to 13th of august 2007). The villa was splendid, very comfortable, well decorate and organize and very nice to live with 2 families. The personnel in load of our (Made & Iloud + the gardener + Ketut) was very nice, sympatic, always with smile and kind. We'll not miss to recommend your establishment to our friends because we enjoyed it. And we hope to come back in the future. Our holiday's in Bali was wonderful.
With best regards.

Hello Arya,
I just wanted to write & thank everyone there for the best & most relaxing stay we have ever had in beautiful Bali. Ketut, Lilis & Wayan were wonderful, the villa was gorgeous, the service was first-class, but so discreet we felt as if we were the only people there most of the time. We will definitely be staying with you again, as soon as we can save up the money & take time off work! Thank you also for showing us around the other villas, it is very good to see that you have enough visitors to make new buildings a worthwhile investment. We encourage everyone we know to holiday in Bali, but so many people are still put off by the bombings. I hope business continues to be good for you, and that more tourists will return to Bali soon. All the best to you all,

We have just returned from a really relaxing
week at the Dyana Villas
in Seminyak, Bali.
We booked Dyana Villas
on the Internet through one of the many
Bali accommodation sites,
though they do have their own site –
just type the name into Google and you’ll
find it, along with the many Indonesian
web based booking agencies. On Dyana’s
website, you can take a video tour and
there are interactive layouts of the villas
linked to photographs. We were very impressed
by the images and descriptions, but we’ve
all seen similar before and been disappointed,
so were a little sceptical. However, unlike
some hotels, their depictions are entirely
accurate and we were delighted with what
we found on arrival. The well-appointed
villas are very reminiscent of a French
Gite and are very comfortable.
We rented a one-bedroom villa
and the open plan living area was more
than large enough for the two of us, with
ample seating and a dining table for 4,
so you can entertain if you meet up with
friends etc. The living area is open to
the garden and has cane roller blinds,
to keep out the weather, should the need
arise. Overhead fans keep the air cool
and there is an ample supply of mosquito
and insect repellent in the villa.
The villas are equipped
with a TV and stereo system and plenty
of music is available for all tastes;
DVDs are also available at no extra cost.
The large, air-conditioned bedroom has
a very comfortable King size bed, a reasonable
sized wardrobe with built in shelving
and security box. The bathroom has a big
spa bath with a shower over, which may
present some problems for people with
disabilities - suggest you check with
Dyana first.
Outside, there is a private walled garden
with your own swimming pool. Access to
the villa is via a lockable
gate in the garden wall. The pool in the
one bedroom villa is around 24 feet by
10 feet, in a D shape, with a shallow
area in the curve of the D. The garden
is a pleasant little oasis, well stocked
with plants and flowers, which, along
with your pool, are, tended daily by the
gardener. There is a patio area with sun
loungers, making this the ideal place
to take advantage of the tropical sun
to get that “all over tan”!
Breakfast is prepared and served at the
villa by your maid who
also cleans and does your laundry daily
(inclusive in the cost!) so you don’t
need masses of clothing – save the
space for all the stuff you will buy!
She will also shop for groceries and prepare
you lunch, should you wish. Our maid kept
the villa immaculate, cleaning thoroughly
every day, but your privacy is respected
and once the cleaning was done, she left
us to relax. To make your relaxation complete,
a number of reasonably priced spa packages
are also available. These are carried
out at you villa and
you can either pay there and then, or
add it to your bill.
The area of Seminyak
has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants
and Kuta is a 10-15 minute
taxi ride away. After the first Bali
bomb, many of the clubs and bars re-located
to Seminyak, but the
nightlife has recently begun gravitate
back to Kuta. This means
that many of the bars are quite empty,
giving the appearance the there are few
tourists around. The one drawback you
may find is that if there is a major event
at one or other of the local nightspots,
you may be able to hear it from the villa.
However, it is unlikely that this will
be a long-term problem during in your
stay, as they seem to be one off events.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
and would highly recommend not only Bali,
but also Dyana Villas
to anyone planning a trip here. During
2 years living in South East Asia, we
have travelled extensively throughout
the region and Dyana
Villas is right up there
on our best stays list – we would
certainly stay here again.

"Going back again!"
We stayed at the Dyana Villas in Seminyak, Bali on our weekend getaway in November. We have travelled to many places in Asia and this was by far the most relaxing, romantic, and comfortable place we have ever stayed in.
We were picked up from the airport in Denpasar and arrived at the villa 15 minutes later, a short drive from the airport. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa (they have 1-4 bedroom villas great for families). Each villa has their own pool, living area, and kitchen. Only the bedroom is air conditioned so if your not use to the heat this can be a down fall.
Each villa is assigned their own maid. Breakfast is prepared for you in your villa every morning, and your laundry is done by mid afternoon and put back in your room. This is all included with the standard room rate, very reasonable ($120/night 1 bedroom) and located only a 10 minute walk from Kuta beach.
We loved the Dyana Villas so much that we are heading back this weekend! We would recommendend dyana to anyone!
Unique Qualities: Your full time maid will take care of the cleaning , laundry (linen and towels provided), and grocery shopping. She will also make breakfast and cook for lunch, typical balinese cuisine of course!
-Private entrance and parking place
-AC bedroom(s), King Size bed(s), ensuite bathroom with shower some with Jacuzzi (1 Bedroom Villa)
-Large swimming Pool
-Open on garden living and dining area
-Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances
-Washing machine for free laundry
-Safety box
-Cable TV, Stereo System
-IDD phone
-Full-time maid : usually scheduled from 8 am to 4 pm. Different hours upon request.
